Hello.  My name is Louis Berman.  I am the publisher of a new
newsletter (called SYSOP) geared to the needs of small system
sysops, like yourself, and informed BBS users.

I have left four consecutive messages in your system's mailbox,
addressed to all and titled 'SYSOP NEWSLETTER-x of 4',
describing the newsletter and concluding with a subscription
offer.  I invite you to read them.

Also, it would be great if you could do any of the following:
  First, if you could let the four messages live in your
  message base for a while, that would be terrific.

  Second, if you feel that a newsletter of this type would be
  of value to your users, please include the file 'NEWSLTR.BBS'
  (contained within 'NEWSLTR.LBR' - use 'LU86.EXE' to spread
  library) in your Bulletin section.

  Third, if you feel this newsletter would be of service to
  others, please spread the library file 'NEWSLTR.LBR' and leave
  the files  'SYSOPLTR.1' and 'SYSOPLTR.2' (addressed to the
  sysop with reciever security and subject: 'SYSOP NEWSLTR DOCS
  -x of 2') and 'NEWSLTR1.BBS' thru 'NEWSLTR4.BBS' (addressed to
  all with kill security and subject: 'SYSOP NEWSLETTER-x of 4')
  as consecutive messages in any BBSs you think would benefit
  from the information.  Also, upload the file 'NEWSLTR.LBR' so
  others can pass this information along. All in all, it should
  take 10 minutes to complete and would be greatly appreciated.
